Week 3 Bonus Challenge

The bonus for week three will be due by May 17th.

Each person will receive 20 points for each temple visit made in addition to the once per month.
(For those doing name extractions instead of temple attendance, every 2 hours of extraction in addition to the monthly requirement  will be awarded 20 points.)

Rule Changes

Due to the fact that the all or nothing scoring system was met by rebellion, we have some new rules.



Nutrition Scoring.
Each Person gets 10 points weekly for a perfect week.
Each team gets a total of 70 points weekly for nutrition. Multiply your percentage by 70 to get your points then add 10 points for each team member that was perfect.
e.g.
Team 1 gets 18 out of 21 days. That is 85.7%. Multiply that by 70 and they receive 60 points.
They have 2 team members that were perfect for an additional 20 points. Total points in nutrition for the week is 80 points out of a possible 100.

Exercise Scoring.
Exercise scoring will now follow the same method as nutrition.
The remainder of the scoring will stay the same.



Rules of the Games
Each week each team will receive 100 points for the following:

21 pages of the Book of Mormon (3 pages per day); 1800 possible points
Daily nutrition plan; 1800 possible points
Daily exercise plan; 1800 possible points

Each month each team will receive points for the following.
Temple attendance; 200 points/month; 1000 possible points
Personal Goal; 200 points/month; 1000 possible points
A minimum of 2 journal entries per month; 20 points/month; 100 possible points

Before/After Presentation:
Each team will receive 500 points for a before and after presentation with before and after stats and pictures. Remember we don't care about weight. We care about results. STRONG IS THE NEW SKINNY!

A few notes:
1) Your personal goal has to challenge you.
2) You can only give yourself 1 free day if that is part of your plan.
3) No soda, pop, soft drinks, etc.
4) Be honest.
5) Please report your scores for the prior week in a reasonable time. If I don't hear from a team by Friday no points will be awarded.

1) 5K Run
2) Distance Swim
3) Truck Pull
4)Volleyball
5) Plank Off
6) Wall Sit Off
7) Speed Ladder Competition
8) 3 x 100 Relay
9) Cross Fit Challenge.
